Stopped by this store today to port my number over from Verizon. The staffer helping me was Zander, and the process was fairly quick and easy. Unfortunately, I had to come back half an hour later when my phone stopped working and was told by the rude guy at the door to get in line, even though I explained that I had just been there and my new service was non-functional. Waited almost an hour, but when Zander returned from his break he was super apologetic, got on the phone with tech support and had things sorted in a few minutes. Suggestion to management that some customer service training might be a good idea for the rest of the staff.

a terrible experience, the customer service is very bad, I went to replace my modem because it was having connection failures and they gave me another modem that was an old model and when I got home I realized that it was USED, when I called for it They told me that the modem was still connected to a previous client and they couldn't connect to the internet. I came back the next day to talk to the manager, one of the employees made me wait for more than half an hour, telling me that the manager was going to attend to me, but I asked another employee and he told me that the manager had already left. They made me lose time, they didn't solve the modem issue and they didn't want to give me a more modern modem despite being a gold client. Very poor service in that store. I do not recommend it
