Management doesn't seem to take the time and care with their clients the way they should. There seems to be a lot of favoritetism going on. The manager does not conduct herself in a professional manner. And has been known to just not care for these mostly elderly/dying people. They are treated very poorly. Threatened with eviction if they do any little thing that the property manager deems to be inappropriate. Meaning if she does not like it. Want to deal with it. Or if it happens after normal business hours. She gets crancky and threatens people. And in emergency situations she falls way short of the mark of what she should be doing.

Eventhough the waiting list is three years, can someone still be added on to the list.

Yes, the waitlist takes a while, but it is not always three years. Your place on the waitlist is determined by your family size and available units. For, example if you have a family of three, and the only available units have one bedroom then you’d be on the waitlist until a two or three bedroom unit was available.
