Yes there is! There's 2 options for parking; There's an open parking lot & there's a garage, both located on west Ave, next to the store. I'd recommend going inside the garage cause after you shop at the store you can get a credit that will reduce the amount you'll owe once you leave the garage.

There are signs everywhere including at the cash registers. Hopefully the parking garage company only charged you $3. Trader Joe's has nothing to do with the parking garage. Trader Joe's has an arrangement with the garage for an hour free.
