Extremely unprofessional brokerage. This brokerage is a prime example of what’s wrong with the real estate industry in Miami. They lack care and accountability. Do not work with Mariana Cabrera. Completely unprofessional. Had a 3pm showing at her listing at Paraiso Bay in which she would not be attending. When I arrived at the building security must confirm with the agent to grant access to the unit. Mariana did not answer the phone throughout the hour that we waited in the lobby. Two and a half hours later she finally read the text messages I sent her but did not have the decency to offer a response. I had to call her to figure out what happened. Her excuse was she was at the doctors office and asked me if I answer the phone when I’m at the doctors then hung up. Agents like her she not have the privilege to practice real estate.
