Service is good, venue is clean, and the location is prime. The drive thru is also really nice to have so close by to where I live. That being said, my only qualm is that the drive thru is always mobbed—to the point where the line often backs up onto West End. Still, it's a great location. Cheerfully, Clayton Cohn

This one barista working there is super rude. She was nice at first, offering to heat up my bakery item, but then when I mentioned I had to be back at work, she caught a weird attitude. 1/5 they always make my drink correctly, but I have ran into issues with the staffs attitude in the past.

Quality at this store has gone down tremendously. I get the whole staffing thing but it's almost consistent that I'm left disappointed from this location. It's the closest drive through to Vandy and must get a lot of business. I will not order brewed coffee here anymore. Every time I ask for Blonde Roast it's not, I'll even say if you don't have blonde roast I'll take Pike but add extra cream, I'll be assured that they have Blonde and it's not....last brewed coffee was so bad I poured it out and was disgusted about how many grounds and sludge was in the bottom of the cup.

I would avoid this Starbucks. Really long drive thru line, out into the street. Inside, seating furniture is all cluttered around, and dirty too, like no one wipes them down. I literally couldn't find hand sanitizer ANYWHERE, whereas all other Starbucks have it posted by the door. I had to ask for sanitizer at the front register, and the barista asked her supervisor if she could let me use their sanitizer.. This place just feels dirty and gross. When I got my white mocha, the whip cream was all melty like the canister had been sitting out for a long time out of temp. Just ... go to a different location
