One of the worst hotel experiences of my life. Day 1 We arrived to a room with no phone, no hot water, no working refrigerator and much more. Day 2 enjoying the rooftop pool at the hotel listening to music. We are approached by the bellhop Pierre in reference to the music on our bluetooth speaker being played. Apparently there was an unknown not posted rule of using your Bluetooth speaker poolside even though the day before a Caucasian couple was allowed to play there music and we are African Americans and we were not allowed too. Pierre instead of diffusing the situation told us to leave the hotel and made threats, became volatile and argued with us. He is not the manager or owner of the company to make any executive decisions. He behaved extremely unprofessional and refused to stand down when asked by the manager Helena to walk away. Pierre needs to be terminated or retrained for his customers service and hotel mannerism. I would never return to this hotel in the future and would recommend go elsewhere.

This hotel group is a complete SCAM. They are thieves. They completely ruined my birthday experience. They are all liars. Their "refund system" is completely a scam. I was lied to about the types of rooms available. I booked a room and was completely shocked at the room I was given. False advertising every step of the way. Horrible customer service. There is no "refund department" after lying to me about a room and stealing my money.

By any means find somewhere else. No matter how you book with them the customer service and loyalty they have sucks. I booked at the hotel the system was down and they charged me twice for the same room and told me I don't get a refund. This is a scam service go elsewhere where I didn't listen to reviews wish I would've. Good luck if u do book.

Pets, service animals, and emotional support animals are welcome. The weight limit is 25 lbs. Pets stay free, but we will require an additional $250 pet incidental hold on your credit card in addition to the standard $100 hold which we place on the card upon check-in. If your pet is a service animal, please provide the necessary documentation upon check-in and we will waive the $250 pet incidental hold. Service animals can never be left unattended in the room. Pet must be accompanied and leashed at all times. Please provide a telephone number at check-in in case we need to contact you.
