We stayed in August 2022 for 3 nights. My family, including three kids, booked this hotel because it had a pool and was walkable to the beach and restaurants in Miami Beach. There was also supposed to be fully functionable kitchen. Here were the issues for us: the place smelled overwhelmingly like mildew. We had roaches in our bathrooms. The place reeked of pot, this was so overwhelming, I couldn't say which was worse, the pot smell or the mildew smell. The wall air conditioning units were so loud we had to shout to hear each other clearly. There are only a few parking spots available for ALL of the guests, which made some others fighting for the spots aggressive. I had someone shout at me when I tried to pull into an available spot that they were "saving" it for a friend. Of the three nights/four days we were there, I was only able to get a free parking spot for a half day, and this was after much driving around. The staff were sympathetic when I complained to them, which was kind, but didn't actually help the parking issue. Their advice was to just park somewhere and get a ticket. All of this made for a stressful, uncomfortable trip. Thankfully when we had to return to Miami a few weeks later, we stayed in a different property and had a totally different experience.

My first review ran out of characters but needless to say I am about to dispute with my bank bc she STILL charged me for nights I didn’t stay. This place will take your money and don’t care about your issues. There is no one do complain to. Do not book this room without a bank card bc I would feel sorry for someone who used a prepaid card as I’m sure it’s hard to get your money returned. Report this company and the general manager Lucia Martinez. Do not let them get over on you. Ride service and disgusting rooms. They should promote Christopher to manager honestly bc he seems to care more about customers and customer service!

This property is extremely unsanitary. We booked a room for Friday 09/02 and were welcomed with roaches and a rat after going shopping for the weekend. When we spoke with the front desk, they were not surprised. We were offered a room change which we declined. If its already roaches in one room there are more on site and the rat was the definitely disgusting. We were provided with the managers name, LUCIA, who still has not responded to out concern. I would not recommend anyone stay at this property.

stayed here years ago and had a really great experience. When me and my gf stepped in we were very happy as it gave us a sense of home and what it would be like living together. Pretty memorable place, I will come and check it out again.

We do not offer transportation.
Its a pot for two small cups, you have to buy your own filter and coffee. So I didn't use it. I used the water boiler they have, I filled that up, went to Walmart brought some instant coffee. Oh hair dryer is a basic hair dryer, its not in the bathroom, it was in the closet along with a basic iron
The weather is beautiful! It's sunny and warm. Beach weather all year round :)

The hotel can receive packages 7 days prior to your arrival, not before. All guest will be charged $5.00 (plus tax) per package after the fifth package. We are happy to accommodate your package receiving request, but we are not responsible nor will we be held liable for damages or in the case the package is lost. We suggest you purchase a package insurance. You are responsible for claiming the package at check-in time and every time you are notified by the carrier that the package has been delivered to the hotel. You can request packages from 9:00 am - 7:00 pm at the reception.

All the parking lots in MiamiBeach are expensive, although very close (to the return) there is a parking without a roof and it is of all the most economic
