I had a return issue, I didn't think Ralph's would touch, I was wrong, there's nothing Ralph's won't do to please their customers. Ralph's on Burbank & Van Nuys, has the best staff & customer service is industry has to offer.

It would be nice if they listed the actual time they close. Got here 30 mins before closing and they already shut the store down. Wasted my time driving over here. If you close at 1 then put that on Google. Don’t say you close at 2!

went in last night about 11:45 PM. All of the self-serve registers were down. They only had one line open and the line was longer than the Mississippi river. After standing in it for 10 minutes, I put my basket on the floor and left. I think that knowing that a late night business is eminent on a Saturday night, they should at least have the self-serve isles open. I don't think it's good business to make people wait in a long line at midnight. That was disappointing.

I love grocery stores, and Ralphs is my main go-to. I love browsing the aisle and buying products I've never tried. It's always crowded when I go, but staff is lovely!

Yes.
My husband has bought food and given it to someone. I don't object. But I do object when they come a half block away and pee in the landscaping. It becomes unsanitary. This is a symptom of closing down the mental health hospitals we use to have for people like this that need the medical help. I find it sad!
Have no clue, but if you can find the main number they can probably transfer it to the pharmacy.
