Best oil company I've ever had! So glad to do business with this company, Tom and all staff are such a pleasure. We've dealt with so many different companies before we found Bauer and it is by far the best! We were new to the oil based heating and needed some help at first and they were with us every step of the way. We lost a part of our tank that showed us how much oil we had, and they replaced at no charge without even letting us know that they put it there. This is truly a family company and they earn all the trust that they deserve. I will always recommend because of what a great experience I've had.

They are absolutely incredible! I had Meenan Oil and Slomin’s and both treated me as just a number. Bauer treats you personable. They were able to help me right away after being an autopay customer for 1 year at Slomin’s, I ran out of oil because no one called or sent notification my oil contract expired. On top of that, Slomin’s threatened collections on next year service contract of $175 for non payment when I had no idea it automatically renews, even without an oil contract, but the autopay does not renew. In order to come help me, they forced me to sign a new 1 year contract and pay the service contract up front, which I did. After 9 hours of waiting for “emergency” service for oil for hot water and heat they never showed up. We have a newborn at home and 3 kids under 4 years old. Slomin’s said there was no way of calling the technician l, I just had to wait and it could take up to the next day. I called Bauer and they helped right away. I called to cancel my contract at Slomin’s (less than 1 day) and I will sign with Bauer. Very happy I found them!
