My experience with Kaplansky was just a quick phone call to inquire about some insurance. I have recently started my own business and need to carry a few different insurances. This is all new to me, and when I called the woman acted like I was insulting her by asking for worker compensation insurance. They would not give me the time of day because I had acquired my other insurance through an online firm. I felt like the experience was very rude and off putting.
