This is your fifth year living at Colony Lakes. I like the security of this gated community (gates are repaired as quickly as possible and are seldom out of order. The maintenance staff remain extremely helpful and response time is very prompt. The office staff appear to be pleasant and efficient. A nice affordable/safe development to live.

I’m Glad I Moved Out from this Place as Soon as My lease was up Managements very unprofessional Paola was a sweetheart but Yari So Not The Pool Was always closed only Open when The Manager goes in With Her Family since She Lived there only open on weekends she picks and chooses when to open it i think the owners should really do Something About This it’s unfair To All Other Residents The apartments are all outdated if you can afford other places don’t move into this Place I Would suggest other places before this place lack of People skills need someone new Managing and Updated kitchens in apartments

I moved in about a week ago the ladies in the office were helpful and were able to work with me Paola & Yarisday. they were issues when I moved in to the apartment with maintenance. The issue were fixed but the apartment should have been ready no exceptions. I will say the kitchen needs to be a updated. Overall everything turn out to be smoothly🙂 hopefully in the near future there won't be any issues.

Never answer the phones. They closed at 6pm and since 5pm they stop answering phones. Bad bad bad service on the lease office.
