Dr Jacobs doesn’t stray from the reservation. Her recommendations are fact based supported by the latest science. She is treating me with prescription drugs for conditions that my prior physician thought could be cured by taking the right vitamins (which he sold). Dr Jacobs is patient and empathetic. She will listen to you for several minutes without interruption. She doesn’t judge you for lapses in your lifestyle. She never makes you feel rushed because she has to see the next patient. Dr Jacobs is personable. When asked, she will tell you about her family or last vacation. It’s quite easy to have a conversation with her. She’s not aloof like some physicians. Dr Jacobs has an outstanding staff. They are smart, articulate, and dependable. I recently cancelled an appointment with a specialist because it was very difficult to work with the staff. If the doctor can’t hire the right staff, it really makes you question the competence of the doctor. Dr Jacobs has the perfect qualities to coordinate and be an advocate for my patient care.
