Absolutely terrible. God awful. Waiting over three hours for an appointment and they end up canceling because they are trash and don’t even know how their own system works. Mental health facility that screws patients over and takes their money. Complete waste.

I GIVE 0. I called this place to request an appointment for my son, who is autism and has several behavioral issues, they sent me a lot of documents to fill and I sent them back completed, they gave an appointment for last Friday and I requested time off on my job and prepared my son for this appointment but they never called me, I called them and asked about the appointment but they didn't have any explanation I requested to speak with a manager but they never called me back and said the office is currently closed, is it not fair this people play with patients health, very unprofessional and irresponsible, dont request appointment with this people you're going to lose your time. Somebody there told me the manager Ana Casco will call to but this person never show up.
