I’ve been a patient of Dr Franzon since 2011. Once you get to see him or any other Doctor there, you get the best treatment. I’ve never had a problem prior to this year. The problem lies with the staff, specially the Pharmacy sector. For the second time I was mistreated by one of the staff members . Equipped with 0 patience for the clients and very undertrained, they do not even let you finish a sentence without speaking over your voice, v needless to say how disrespectful that is . It always feels like they are doing us a big favor, and they aren’t afraid to show you how aggravated/frustrated you make them feel by doing so. Instead of solving any issues proactively, they create more drama, complicating even further an existing issue. The pharmacy technician is the worst of all. She is inefficient, limited, very condescending and rude, not a happy person. To work on any medical field one should at least know how to talk to patients !!! Some serious costumer service training is pass due !!!! It surely doesn’t reflect Dr Franzon’s practice. Shameful.

I visited Dr. Neri’s office two days ago, which was pleasant, however getting my blood work results has been a nightmare. I called the office four times and was told that my results are in and that the doctor will look it over, however I did not receive a call and I am truly disappointed with the conclusion of my services. I am leaving the country tomorrow and expressed the sense of urgency to the front desk receptionist, but I was met with push back. Keep in mind I spent my money already for a full service (blood being withdrawn/test result delivery).
