Okay so here goes. I was very nervous about getting my surgery in general, between hearing horror stories and my own fear of anesthesia it was hard to gather the courage to follow through. But I did! I got my rhinoplasty this morning and let me tell you my expectations were FAR exceeded. The nurses were all extremely nice and patient with me. Michelle R is my girl forreal! Dr Alexander was my surgeon and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was very quick in and out which I prefer bc (who wants to sit there all day long, no one) lol but they gave me the look I’ve been dreaming of since I was 14 and I would recommend them to everyone! I will add my before and after photos to this post once I heal up and my stitches are gone. Anyways, they’re dope, don’t let the sour reviews sway your opinion. Giving 5 stars for sure! Thank you guys for giving me the confidence I’ve been wanting for so many years! ❤️❤️

I have put my Body/Life in the hands of Dr Pinnella at South Florida Center for Cosmetics. I've had 3 procedures with him and looking to have one more. His amazing work has gave me the confidence I've always lacked in myself. Everyone that I've come in contact with is very encouraging and so nice and helpful. I recommend this surgery center for your future hot body..

It was wonderful and it changed the way I feel about my life. Dr Alexander is very good have had him before. Tamika is very comforting and all the staff were very nice to me even though my nails were not done and I was just back from camping.😀😁😘

I had surgery with a few different center this is the best center ever the staff was amazing I meet a lady by the name of Tamika omg beautiful soul Dr Pinnella and his team was wonderful they made me feel so comfortable and my result is breathtaking 🥰 definitely will be back !!!!!!
