If I could give no stars I would ! Stay away ! Nothing “urgent” about their care! Took my 91 year old mom after a fall for XRays because the ER was mobbed. Took her Tuesday lady there at 2 pm they told me in 2 hours we would have results. Today is Friday I called every day for no where with them no explanation why there are no results ! Can’t speak to anyone in charge or a physician , my moms ins company had to get involved still no answers all day. Tonight at 5:30 on a holiday weekend a soulless office personnel calls to tell me she has a fractured rib and fluid in her lung !! They called it an infection. So now what ? Doctors are closed what happens to my mother ?? These ppl are a disgrace ! Pls stay away I pray nothing happens to my mom due to their malpractice ! This is disgusting !

Very nice facility, reception was quick and friendly. The doctor was terrific and very sociable getting to the issue and treating it. The nurse was very pleasant and experienced. Would highly recommend.
rarequality
I have been coming here for years. I bring my children here for emergencies and sports physicals. Today the associate behind the counter (wish i got her name) did not want to work more than she felt she needed to, or should I say the doctor needed to. I walked in with my child at 7:10. For a school sports physical. Both associates where busy with other potential patients. After kindly waiting my turn , i told the asaociate the services i needed. She refused to give my daughter a sports physical, Said " where not giving sports physicals this time of night." I asked her if that was a new policy. "She said they were busy" (with 3 cars in the parking lot.) There could be no appointment set, we always walk in and i have never been denied service. She told me I could come in the morning. But my daughter has school tomorrow. (She didn't feel her school was important I guess). I work and after 7 is the only time I can make it.. I will try again tomorrow , same place same time.. Because that's all I can do.. Next Day Here now. I walk in 7:07 (3 minutes earlier than the day before).. There are 8 cars in the parking lot. & 7 people in the lobby (but there were only 2 yesterday @7:10 when i was denied). It is currently packed, told the associate what I needed , she didn't hesitate to tell me the price and that it would be an hour wait. Which is pass closing. I said yes i would like to wait and she kindly checked me in. No problems, no refusals, no excuses... The service yesterday was unprofessional and inconsiderate. To turn me away during open hours 50 minutes before closing. For me to return again, waste my time. The associate is not working the window tonight... By the grace of God.. probably the only reason my daughter was able to be seen. SMH .. If this is common, they are turning money away, which eventually loses customers, & that ruins businesses.
