RUDE. The people are so rude! The office manager is the worst. Edit: I did not say I have actually entered into this location and the reason being was because the staff is rude. When I called into the office with questions the service was, well let’s say unprofessional.

Thank you all...I was going to be a new patient but due to the rude and incipient staff I'm reading about...NO thanks. I will look elsewhere. What a shame what's going on everywhere!! disgraceful and sad....

It pains me to write this review. I've been a patient of Dr. Di Carlo's for many years. Sadly, this office is not what it was. The way I was treated and the incidents that occurred were appalling. Save yourself the pain, agony and humiliation and avoid this office. Do Not Come Here. As others mentioned, they are quick to take your money, they are inefficient when it comes to returning calls or lab results and they yell at you, humiliating you in front of other patients in the waiting room. It's unbelievable here in the most negative way. Just take my word, and the several others that have cautioned you, stay away.

I love love Dr DiCarlo. He really cares, treats you with respect. Has excellent bedside matters. No better Dr that I've met in decades.
