I had the most condescending experience with Keith, I asked him the difference between two products he said, “Ones a pill and one you can drink” When I told him the products were different, trying to be more clear he didn’t back down from his answer. I said “okay” and Keith walked away and proceeding to mumble under his breath. When I said “what’s up?” The dude raised his voice said he was talking to himself. I’m a 4’11 female, trust me there’s no reason to get confrontational nor act like that. When I showed him the product on the GNC app in pill form, to actually show him the difference he still told me there’s no difference. All I needed was to know the difference, shout out to Google cause I found the answer I was looking for on there. I get it, working in sales sucks but it doesn’t mean you have to be unprofessional.
