Claunisha, Front Desk! Brianna Marichal, Concierge! Wow when you walk in The Palace Gardens. They both make you feel welcomed, comfortable, & you feel like you belong right there!!! They had all the answers I needed. As well as answering phone calls, and talking to residents. Claunisha & Brianna are 2 very polished assets to: The Palace Gardens…. Jonathan

"I've seen angels and met angels wearing the disguise of ordinary people living ordinary lives." - Tracy Chapman The quote above best describes the employees at The Palace Gardens. I have never seen higher quality service provided at a facility. The staff truly cares about their residents. It feels as if the staff were an extension of our family. My mom is safe, loved, and well taken care of. Placing her at The Palace Gardens was the best decision our family made. If you are considering placing a loved one at The Palace Gardens, do it. It's worth every penny. My mom gave me the world and this is my way of giving her the best I can possibly give her in her final moments. My mom has been a resident of The Palace Gardens memory care for 2 years, she became a resident during the pandemic. My mom was diagnosed with dementia at the age of 60, normally the younger the patient is diagnosed the faster the dementia advances. I thought I was mentally prepared, but she declined faster than we had time to come to terms with. Their staff was with me every step of the way, educating me on what to expect as her condition advanced. Normally, there is a shame surrounding the idea of placing a loved one in an ALF, however, the more I interacted with the staff at The Palace Gardens, the less shame I felt and the more at peace I felt. The deterioration caused by dementia is heartbreaking. The Palace Gardens allows me to manage my mom's care while taking a step back to grieve the loss of my mother. The staff members support our family along the way. There is no easy way around this, it's a lonely experience as sometimes not many friends or family members stick around and check in with loved ones as they deteriorate. The Palace Gardens is a Godsent, I wish there were more facilities like this around the world to give people the blessing of the loving care they deserve. At first, I thought the enthusiasm from the staff would eventually die down, but that hasn't been the case. There isn't a moment I don't feel loved and happy when interacting with their staff or watching them take care of my mother. The family events allow us to visit the facility with the kids without the kids dreading the visit. My mom and our family enjoy the live music they have in the afternoons, the beautiful pool they have in the the garden area which we enjoy taking her outside to tour. Their activities department brought out a different side of my mother which I am eternally grateful for. When they told me my mom was dancing and a social butterfly, I couldn't believe it. They regularly send pictures and videos which our family had to see to confirm that it was in fact our mother they were describing. She freed herself in a way that I don't think she did while she was busy working and providing for our family. She would get her nails and hair done at the facility, enjoy the coffee bar, ice-cream bar, and field trips. While her condition was less advanced, she had a lot of fun at The Palace Gardens, and we were happy to see this different side of her. Their staff is very hands on team. Giulia is an exemplary manager, with a warm loving heart which is exactly what is need to keep The Palace Gardens as great as it is. Adrian is always a phone call away. He's there to help however is needed. He's a friendly face with lots of love, energy, and support to give to residents and family. Viviana helps families understand the transition into The Palace Gardens and she helped us get the most benefits possible for my mom. Indira is the peaceful voice we need to guide us in the middle of the storm as dementia throws us curveballs. Maria from memory care, I don't know how she does it, but she does amazing. She was the person who first broke the news to me on how the dementia would advance and I'm eternally grateful for that phone call. I was in a bit of denial but she opened my eyes to the reality I needed to hear in order to best support my mom. There are many amazing staff members who have touched our hearts, but this review would go on forever.

This isn't that many years old, at least this homestead one.
I only speak English and read English sorry
Go to the website Thepalace.org and pick which location you wish to apply
Some do not speak english
The best way to get all the information you need is to call them.
