Major portions of trail closed. Trash and illegal dumping all throughout trail area. Someone driving by fired shots out window in front of trailhead parking area. The general area has taken a change for the negative. Lots of graffiti, gang activity, and litter. Not at all like the other nice greenway trails. They've just let this place go. Typical SA ghetto.
