Paid good money for 2-day delivery from this branch that took more than a week and missed the recipient. Mail is not delivered every day during normal times, and during our quarantine in April-June 2020 it has not been delivered to my neighborhood for weeks. No one answers the post office phone. Packages have been marked In tracking as delivered and paychecks mailed but our mailboxes are empty every day.
