Would of given them "no stars" We had a tour of this building and paid the $100 application fee. That was over 3 weeks ago and we provided the information that was requested as part of the application. There are no issues with my credit score (800+) and earnings. I have called at least 15 times and emailed at least that many times. I have heard back from them maybe 2 times with different excuses as to what is going on. I upload my recent pay stubs as directed and the last call I received after threatening to post something was that they couldn't verify my income, this even with my paystubs. I told them I could provide the companies payroll person contact and again, no email/call. I even emailed Myers group, who is the owner of the building and still no response. I have requested my application fee back because of their failure to respond. Be very careful applying as they take your money and never get back to you. Customer Service is terrible. They have multiple units available and are in no hurry to rent them or respond to those interested in renting.

Worst place to live ! Especially if you have a car they will tow it even if it’s parked in the garage! Do not move here if you need a car or your money ! They rip you off!!!!

We have lived at Avery for about 2 years and this is my honest review. The location is great and very convenient. The property is very nice, I love it here. Now, there are some room for improvements after all this is a apartment complex with multiple family with different morals and cleanliness. However I don’t think that have a direct impact on the efforts of the management team on property. Margarita has done a great job of making sure she handles what she can at her level. She is attentive and polite. If you are from South Florida you know that’s extremely rare. She has an open door policy, you can stop by anytime and she is there to assist as much as she can. Honestly this is why we renewed our lease a second time. The environment is welcoming and I can actually talk to management and feel comfortable doing so.

I’ve been living here for the past 2 years my stay here has been outstanding. From the staff & some of my neighbors. Margarita and her staff has been respectful attentive and responsive to my family and I (outstanding manager & team). Nice amenities & 24hr security will recommend.
