Upon arrival we told the manager that we were 2 and a highchair, he sat us down and went back to the front. I noticed he got on the phone and I waited standing thinking he was coming right back with the high chair, but he never did. Meanwhile a waiter, kept passing by us and didnt even bother to ask if i needed something since i was standing entertaining my son. At the third time he passed by after more than 5 minutes I asked him to get me a high chair. He brought it and asked us what we wanted to drink and I responded " I dont even have a drink menu so I dont know" brought us one and kept going, short story long, I asked for well done churrasco, came bloody and I wouldnt mind eating it but I have a medical contidion which I CANNOT eat rare meat, they forgot to give us straws had to ask for it 3times, i asked for tostones they brought them really hot after i was done with my meal. Bad bad service! I finally gave it another chancr after so many years and John was a great waiter and made my second experience so much better!
