I never write reviews but my last rental from this place was the worst experience I ever had. I had made a rental booking a month in advance. I made sure that all the details provided were correct. On the day of rental, I had the misfortune of interacting with the manager of this place, who literally swindled me. He cancelled my trip under some false pretense while my wife and kids were waiting in the parking lot and left me with the only option of booking at the current retail price. He had every opportunity to cancel the trip before my arrival but he deliberately waited until the last moment. When I told him that Enterprise’s website confirmed my booking and none of the facts I provided have changed, his answer was basically “corporate is closed right now; you have to deal with me”. That’s their business model. I am a long time customer of Enterprise and the fact is that I have had good experiences at this location in the past, but I guess times have changed. I am happy to provide proof for everything that has been stated above.

Terrible service! My insurance company booked a reservation for me here with a budget of $40 a day. I spoke on the phone with this location 3 times to confirm my reservation. They said they had a car available for me and to come in no problem. I get there, and of course it’s a problem! “So we only have a rental right now that’s $50/day so you have to pay an extra $10 out of pocket a day” Listen, my car could take a month to repair. Why would they ever think that I would be okay with paying that when I go in expecting my insurance to cover everything. You should be willing to be HONEST and lose customers over the phone by telling them the truth. I had no choice but to call an Uber and go home without a car. Horrible service. Absolute travesty. And even worse! The worker there (Noah) told me “just so you know most enterprises are the same across the board”. Literally encouraging me to not waste my time and call other locations. I called two other ones and found one that fits my insurance budget within 5 minutes and this location/employee was kind enough to inform me that the only money I have to pay is a $50 refundable deposit. This place is awful! I mean it. How can you give so little effs about your service when you know there are 5 other branches within 5 miles.

I would like to give - 5. We booked a car over the phone in this place. They said a car was available after 2:00 so we went there 2:30 to pick it up but a guy on the front desk said a car is not available at all until a few days after. But they offered a very expensive sports car with extra $40 per day. I felt like i was working with a scammer in east Europe who was trying to rip off tourists.

I had a Scheduled appointment to pick up my rent a car. I get there and they tell me they dont have a car for me. Terrible service! I left without a car
