Every thing was great except the elevators. You need to add more or better elevators. Waiting 20 plus minutes is not right!

Wonderful place for the whole family. Large comfortable rooms but the pillows need to be changed out. They are very hard and mushy. This year the halloween decorations were not as good as last time we came Last time they had a huge spider made out of balloons hanging from the ceiling and this year they only had some Halloween buckets hanging from the trees. Two of the restaraunt choices are pick up or delivery only to your room.

Be aware of booking online. I booked the 84 degrees deal for 84 dollars a night for two nights and had added in breakfast and lunch as well. Upon arrival the front dest told me I had only booked one night and had me pay an additional 502 dollars. I called the reservation office and they were able to see that I booked two nights. The front seat did not offer to look into it for me. The manager gave me no eye contact. I booked because I thought I was getting a great deal I mean it was even on the news but I ended up paying FULL price as a single mom I was upset but I did it anyway because my son was so excited and I was not going to let him down. Very upsetting because Great Wolfe had always been our number one choice to come on vacation and I recommended it to everyone but not anymore.

Yes
No, you have to purchase a room for the night to use the facilities.
Call but if it is like others great wolves they should have suites for larger capacity
They won't allow you to only visit the water park. But if you stay 1 day, it gets you 2 full days access to the park. Before check in time and after check out you can go.
Yes. If you mean are they allowed then yes but I guess it depends on the disability to know if the person can themselves use it. In the lazy river they had a device to lower a person into the water. There was also a ramp to the kids jungle gym portion and I did see staff pushing around a wheelchair that could go in the water.
Yes everything was open I went the first day 16 or 17 June 2020. Everyone had mask if not in the pool and everything was sanitary too in the Hotel room
Yes because it is higher prices to buy individual things
I thought you could still purchase a day pass without booking a room. They may have changed but if you call the LOCAL front desk number they will let you know.
Per the website "Check-in time begins at 4Β p.m. or as rooms become available. However, you are welcome to play in the water park as early as 1Β p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. As our guest, please feel free to enjoy the water park facilities until closing.Β " Extended check out will depend on availability and who you deal with.
Have you tried their website? I'm sure it's full of information that will help you out. And it's faster than waiting for random responses.
You can actually get a day pass for the water activities! Although we came from far and stayed on the property for 4 days it was great!! Hope this helped
They don't have a very good Customer Service System.
In the pool areas, no masks are required, but bring food, because the food there is terrible.
You can call to find out, or show up. Even if your room isn't ready there are plenty of fun filled activities you can engage in to kill time.
The themed rooms include 3 twin beds, a full bed and a full sized sleeper sofa bed. There should be plenty of room.
You're able to have Starbucks, food from all the restaurants on site, and the gift shop charged to your room. Its super convenient so you dont have to carry your debit, credit, or cash with you.
I'm not sure when the off season is since the water park is indoors. But if you book far enough out in advance then they have really good discounts on room rates. If you can't book out far enough in advance then go on Groupon. You can get up to 50% off the room rates. We had a blast at the lodge. I would definitely recommend getting the wolf pass if you will have kids with you. It will keep them busy! We were there for 4days and barely got everything done. The only complaint I had was the breakfast Buffett, it was terrible! I can't give an opinion on the other restaurants or the dinner Buffett because we didn't try them. We brought food to keep in the room or ate out at nearby places because they charge way too much for their food.
I never saw one. But I didn't leave the first or second floors.
Depends on room size and if all 5 is planning to stay. You can get room for 4 and buy additional wrist band for $40.00
I believe you can do a day pass for the water park
No. I do not recommend this place. Read the reviews. Myself and others recommend Kalahari Waterpark instead.
Yes, Great Wolf Lodge is less than 15 minutes from DFW airport located in Dallas.
Yes
I live there now, great hustle.
You can see the the planes landing right next door at DFW. So if you're "flying in to Dallas" its 10 min or less.
Call up there and ask them and pay for it
The price of the water park is included with the room.
I guess if youre talented enough, anything's possible. We've gone 3 times now and my 8yo and 5yo have not been hurt yet.
Iron and board are in each room
Yes, there are passes only for the water park π
Yes you can go alone and it costs $99.00 per person
No. Both males and females can visit the spa.
Depends on the size of room and how many you book for that room. All listed in a room are included and get water park passes. I know there are rooms for families of 4 and 6 total as a minimum (may be larger rooms available too, idk).
In the time it took you to ask that question you could have used Google maps to find your answer
During my visit I don't believe this fall was available.. or I would have been in there myself also there was no on-site laundry service available.
I believe it's 16.99, but they have a very good plan meal.
I would imagine you'd have to reach out to a charity
You can go into your deleted emails or call customer service to have them resend you one. Normally they will contact you prior to your visit. You can get a point of contact that way as well.
My son works at the Lodge and said yes!
No. Once you enter the waterpark area you are not required to wear a mask.
U can if u want to, but it's not a requirement. Tho I would just for good measure...
On the day of check out, you can take everything out of your room but you still have access to the water area for that day
It is open. There are no restriction in the waterpark(lodge) except mask are required everywhere but the pool area
I don't think they are allowing day trips right now, due to the virus and social distancing. Only hotel guests can use the water park/facilities currently.
Ours was fine. I find it you complain to he highest level you get free stuff. We had a rude 2nd experience there and after complaining to mgr, they were very gracious the rest of our stay.
It is an automated phone system. The questions are answered by the system. Or via the website or app. Business hours... early morning, is good for an actual call. If you simply must have a call. However, all my questions were answered by the automated system
If you choose to stay onsite, then you do not pay per person, only per room. Their largest room holds up to 8 people, and you receive a waterpark wristband for each person in thre room. The room pricing varies by season. However, they do send you discount offers if you create an account on the website, and Groupon runs specials here occasionally as well.
There are 2 types of quest. The one that comes with the paw pass will take you maybe 2 days to finish so it's worth it. And yes they would be able to share wands
No it is not. You can buy a food package or buy meals individually. Alot of families bring in their own food.
As others indicate, you do not have to stay or have a room booked. They do have day passes for the water park, we were there recently and checked on that... the ropes course, game room, magi quest... and pretty much everything available can be paid for individually.
Yes
There are usually 2 lifeguards at the wave pool. The lifeguards rotate throughout the water park and they DO pay attention.
Meal plans can be added when you book. When you check in they will give you wristbands that you can use to purchase food or anything else on the premises and it charges to your room (whatever card you have on file). Your meal plan acts as a credit amount towards whatever food you buy. Only exception being the character breakfast. If you purchase a plan with breakfast the amount for the breakfast is separate from the overall food credit on your account.
I don't know becuz I have never been there
About $142 for the room beds couch and bunk beds
Sometimes you can get them for cheap on specials $150ish. Normally they start at around $300 a night depending on weekends or weekdays rates. $200 plus on weekdays.
It's warmed, but not too much, so it is about room temp
Bring water for sure, inside it is $3 for a 16oz bottle
Not sure. Call them and get rates. We had a family of 8.
Yes
They have a stand and you go to order them with your bracelet. But you have to return them or they charge you 15 dlls per towel before check out
You can buy a 1 day pass for $70 or rooms cost $300 or more a night.
Yes, we did. There is a mini fridge and microwave in the rooms. Not sure about outside food in the water park but we did bring our own water.
I think it's $50 but you may want to double check!
For me, my wife, and 14mo, we stayed friday and left Monday and ate breakfast and dinner at the moose lodge. All total, plus a few adult beverages, tax, and tips.... $1,100
Well, probably Starbucks but there's plenty in Great Wolf Lodge.
Water park is included. You can start playing in the park before your room is ready.
Got a room for 8 on groupon for 359.00. Came with 8 wrist bands.
We went a little over a month ago it was really cold outside but it was actually really really warm in the water park
We got ours from Groupon. Check it out for great deals.
They have different rates depending on the day of the week. Weekends are more expensive than weekdays. For example Saturday and Sunday night be $400/ night and Monday might be $200 so Sat-Mon =$1000. Then you add taxes, fees, and additional options.
The cost are different we went on days they were having a special. But you can beat the prices. You can get on their website and mess around with the dates and get the best deal
Yes, it's very close to the airport and convenient
Richard
Thank you. My grandsons are in Kyle, need something, some place fun to visit? Any thoughts?
The price is very extreme to me as well.
7:30am - 11:00am https://www.greatwolf.com/grapevine/dining-shopping/dining/character-breakfast
1.pm
You can go into the lobby and around the floors before 10pm. However you'll need a room and a wristband to enter the water park, however, you can see a lot of it though the window in the lobby.
Haley you are an adult. You can book a room w valid credit card
You're not supposed to: https://www.greatwolf.com/grapevine/water-park-safety-rules "Breakable containers, coolers, and carry-in food or beverages are prohibited."
Im sure. Most of the tvs now in days have HDMI. I always take Chromecast.
You can. There are restaurants there and in area.
We took our 2 year old and she had a blast.
Every weekend in Nov/Dec
Water park is included in the cost. Just make sure you are aware of the resort fees, those surprise a lot of people! They aren't a secret, but it's not included in your booking typically.
You pay for the room and you use all the facilities for free. You can add on other games (like the magic quests) and buy different wands or toys if you want to. You can see their deals here https://www.greatwolf.com/grand-mound/deals/packages/paw-pass
I think there's vineyard campgrounds nearby.
When you get a room, you get a band to wear on your arm & it allows you into the water park free
One for everyone unless they want to choose what they want from it. But if you have kids they would want their own I'm sure.
The waterpark is only for the guests of the hotel, but if you decide to stay there you can go whenever you want within the hours that it's open. It is a very nice waterpark and very kid-friendly with things for all ages! π
Yes but you can't take it with you in the pool or rides.
We were just there this week. The indoor water park opens at 9 am. The outside parts open at 10 am. They allowed us to enter on our first day at 11:00 am.
Go on the website and search for a room for the days you are planning to stay. It can be anywhere between $89/night up to $300+/night.
You can also come as early as you want and enjoy the water park until your room is ready. There are lockers, showers and food available to use. That way you get a full day of fun for the same price. Another tip - do the same thing when you check out. Leave everything you do need in the car and enjoy the water park and hotel until it closes at 8pm.
No. That's the Hook... You have to rent at least 1day. But as long as you have the wrist band you can stay all day!
My personal opinion is a cruise is alot cheaper than the lodge is. Restaurants food outside of lodge is better, cheaper, and better quality.
No the food is not included. But they do have a food pass. That includes breakfast lunch and dinner think it was $140 a day for a family of 4.
There are many restaurants in the hotel, but they aren't really cheap. You could also bring your own snacks.
There's a kid's menu at the restaurant and also a fridge and micro in your room. So you could do both if you want.
Yes very
Yes. The waterpark is exclusively for guests staying at the hotel.
About 15 minutes from the airport. Super great location.
Yes absolutely tons of activities all around that would work for you most likely. They have all sorts of activities that are highly hands on with the members of the staff and I can imagine they would jump to help, hope that helps!
There is a Wal-Mart and Tom Thumb within 10 mins, too.
Put it in map's. Kids will have tons of fun
From the FAQs: "Our water park is exclusively reserved for our guests. In the event you have visitors during your stay, a limited number of additional water park wristbands (valid for one day only) may be purchased. Additional wristbands are $50Β each and you may purchase one guest band per registered guest (3 yrs+) in your suite. For the safety and security of our guests, wristbands are required at all times when inside the water park facility."
Exactly what Tony Mokry said. And always check with GWL abead of time! The policy may differ depending on the GWL location. ππ
Fireman's #4 has been on tap the past few times. I don't recall what else, but there were a few more.
Depends on room. Number of people, if you eat onsite. It is not cheap, but they do have frequent deals on their email group.
Not at all, you can just walk into the water park. And also the towels are complimentary as such you may take them home.
There is an adults only one and one that is indoor/outdoor that kids can use.
I googled "Oklahome" and not even the internet knows where that is...
I would recommend it because they celebrate christmas and decorate, but it is really packed and full during the holidays.
You could certainly do worse. I don't know if there are any events, but the waterpark is climate-controlled.
I'm not sure. Do they even do that?
Barely, it's really not but a couple cents... On that note the coffee is pretty good and the girls working there cute π
You can go for the day but you have to pay for the night too.
Yes. The waterpark is for hotel guests only.
Yes
11am but you can opt for a 2pm check out for an extra charge. But you can stay in the water park or the other activities until close.
I just got back from here... the week we were there it opened at 9am and closed at 8pm.
Everyone is required to have an armband. You will have to register her as a guest in your room.
No. Only a hot tub area that is exclusive to those 18 years or older.
They have now started a day pass program. See their website for more info as their are some things you need to call ahead and check out. Like number admissions available and if there are any available for the day you plan. I have not tried them, just got a notification from Great Wolf in my email that day passes are now are now available.
I don't think your age matters as long as you have a credit card and can pay for the room
Do you mean the room with the tent? You will need to go to their site and plug in your dates for rates. If you mean the tent cabanas at the pool they run 99-149 I believe.
I would just run down to whataburger and eat.
After you check out, returning to the Waterpark isn't an option, but there are showers, restrooms, and lockers in the park.
The closer it gets the higher it is. Look online it will tell you if you click book a room and. Put in the date and hope many people
Any mapping app would give you a better answer than I could.
I love great wolf as well
Sign up for their emails and you can get awesome deals like half off and $99.00 a night
Grapevine ,Tx which is a little out side of Dallas

Entry to the water park is included. I highly recommend that you book in advanced. The rooms at 50% off if you book 90 days out. Pack a cooler and don't eat in the restaurants it will save you a lot of money
Asking Google guides will not get you an authoritative answer
no, they do not have any family discounts whatsoever at this place. if you do have family problems, hold off of going to any waterparks, save up some money, or try and pick the cheapest rates that they have.
no there isn't this location is in Grapevine Texas, just 30 miles from Dallas. the only waterpark I know in San Antonio, is that Seaworld one.
no, it is not that cold. however, the outdoor part of the waterpark is closed during most of the year, and is only open from memorial day through labor day. except for the south springs hot tub. the indoor waterpark does not get really cold, the indoor waterpark is heated year round, so it may or may not get cold.
My three children are all under 5 and i did not think it was great for them. I think it is probably best suited for children between the age of 5 and 15.
mariott hotels, embassy suites, comfort inn, the Gaylord resort.
I dont think so. Google the number to great wolf you can call and ask them.
no, you have to have your own form of transportation to get to the waterpark.
no, they don't unfortunately.
no, they do not , because this is a kid oriented resort, not an adult oriented resort. the only casinos that I know that are the closest are unfortunately in Durant, Oklahoma. which is the Choctaw casino resort.
