My three children are all under 5 and i did not think it was great for them. I think it is probably best suited for children between the age of 5 and 15.
of course it is kid friendly. just make sure that your kids meet all the safety standards within the waterpark, and they will be fine. and also, make sure that they follow the lifeguards commands for their own safety.
