no, it is not that cold. however, the outdoor part of the waterpark is closed during most of the year, and is only open from memorial day through labor day. except for the south springs hot tub. the indoor waterpark does not get really cold, the indoor waterpark is heated year round, so it may or may not get cold.

They have the indoor water park open. The outdoor pool is closed in winter. Indoor water slides, wave pool, lazy river, play area and hot tub. It is a fun place to visit in the winter.
The outside is closed off, and all the water inside is warm. They have two hot tub areas, one for kids/adults and one for adults only. The other water is semi warm.
Pool is heated and it is still VERY warm inside! They also do holiday deals, decorations and Santa comes. Enjoy!
Its semi warm, as is the room.I'm cold natured so i was chilly pretty often, my 7 & 4 year old didnt complain about it being cold but i did put my 4 year old in the jacuzzi when she looked like she was shivering.
I don't think the pool is heated but the indoor space is kept fairly warm (which keeps the water temp comfortable).
The water park is indoors, and heated. December will be fine.
