You can call to find out, or show up. Even if your room isn't ready there are plenty of fun filled activities you can engage in to kill time.
Water park is included with room price. There are different times for when you can get access to the Water park on first day and when you can early check in to room. Times can be found on their website. Same for check out, you still have access to the water park after check out for that day.
Yes all water activities is free. If your room is ready at 3pm they will let you check In at that time if not I will have to wait until regular check in at 4
