Completely unprofessional staff. On arrival for my vaccine appointment, they simply stated they don’t have the vaccine in stock and suggested I try next week. No apologies. No email or phone cancellation. So rude and such a ridiculous experience. Never going back!!

Worst Drug Store I’ve ever dealt with. They changed my Dad’s insurance without his consent to Care Mark which I have never known until googling it. Previously, he was covered entirely and now they charged copay. I had to switch to another pharmacy and had to call his insurance to make sure he would be covered entirely. Terrible pharmacy. Just told my family members to be aware of this issue and avoid CVS at all cost. Maybe Walgreens or better go to local pharmacies who are more friendly and easy to call to talk.

Do not get covid test here if you're planning to fly out especially, to Hawaii. You'll be quarantine for 5 days cause of there slow a$$ result. They're useless.
