"Westchester county residence required for admission with either County park pass or New York State drivers licence with valid Westchester Address" $5 with pass $10 without. You don't need to be a member. I've gone to the beach and a I'm not one. You just have to pay a little more. The $10 vs $5 to park and the beach is additional. Something like $10 per person I think.

Hello Sabrina, Glen Island Park is a private park. Also you must be a Westchester resident with proof of ID and a park pass to enter. However, you can also rent a specific spot (#) that will be yours for the day.
Due to Covid, rules to entry were altered a bit.
Lastly they do have open picnic areas all with grills that you do not need to pay for . Hope that was helpful, also you can call them to get more information
