Yes people from other states can enter I was there this past Saturday even watch some people catch some fish also. It's absolutely a beautiful place to visit.
What about the beach? The parking is $5?! It says its 15 on the site. So the whole thing, I'm a Westchester resident. Dont have a club card. But I want to bring over some non-Westchester residents to the park and beach.
Yes you can enter to the park no matter where you coming from, you just had to pay $5.00 dollars for parking and thats all. You gonna have a wonderful time, and gonna love it. Enjoy your visit, and Welcome to Westchester.
