If you're moving into property where Gramatan Management is the property manager save yourself the headache. They are unresponsive. They do not work with you to fix issues regarding no heat in the middle of winter. They claim they will get back to you and never do. Avoid at all cost.

Horrible management company no communication with shareholders/board members nasty and very inexperienced. They put our building in the toilet. Spend extra money and get a good experienced company. FYI their office went on fire and was never notified. Are all the records destroyed? Crickets.

Anton Hall

Lazy and incompetent, property managers never answer the phones or reply to emails. They don’t care at all and in my 5 years living in one of their properties, I could never get a single issue resolved. James Napoli is useless as a manager.
