Staff was unfriendly. I NEVER complain because life happens and I understand that, however, the front desk acted like we annoyed her when we walked in. She was on the phone with a friend because she said "I can't talk right now this woman is in front of me”. Not the first time either. I won't be coming back. It’s like everyone that works at this location, hates their job and it shows in how they treat the patients walking in.

We offer rapid molecular and PCR testing 7 days a week. For COVID-19 testing, save your spot online or schedule a Virtual Visit with one of our providers.
We offer both the PCR COVID-19 Test and the Rapid Abbott ID COVID-19 Test. You are responsible for understanding the testing requirements for your travel destination and should request the required test during your visit at a Northwell Health-GoHealth Urgent Care center. Typically a test within 72 hours of departure is required.
