Updating review below from 1 star to 4 stars. Not sure why the attitudes here changed recently, but the few times I’ve been in they are actually nice to me and make visits pleasant rather than dreadful.. The ppl that work here would be fired if it wasn’t for postal unions. Texting and making u wait while they’re doing nothing. Every time I go it’s like I’m bothering them. I will just use UPS around the corner.

Some of the employees in this PO are very pleasant and friendly. It really is a pleasure to do business with them. But. I have a problem with our new mail carrier for 1255 North Ave county club apartments. She is extremely unpleasant. When you try and talk to her she never looks up and doesn't answer. She always looks miserable. Our old mail carrier was so nice. Always greeted everyone who walked by. We miss him here. As far as this young lady who is our new mail carrier, it doesn't take much effort to be nice to people.

They might not always provide the friendliest customer service. But I appreciate the late hours. A lot of people who change their negative reviews if they didn’t have the convenience of these hours to provide their needs anymore.
