Whenever you ask people who live around this area where to have some good Bún bò hue, this restaurant is usually the recommended spot. For good reason with good broth and reasonable prices. Service is usually pretty quick. They also serve banh beo in small plates that people enjoy here.

The bbh here with cha hue is the bomb. I've tried the other Hue restaurants in OC and this one is definitely the best place that makes bun bo hue. The only thing I don't like about this place is that they say they only accept cash as payment. You know why they only want cash. On my recent visit there I didn't have cash so I said I can run to the nearest ATM and get cash to pay, but the owner guy took my credit and processed payment. Therefore, they DO accept credit cards, but say they don't so they can pocket the extra 8.75% tax and don't have to pay Uncle Sam is what I'm thinking.

Staff is friendly and was helpful with all our questions about the menu. Restaurant has that authentic, traditional Vietnamese vibe to it. Their menu is limited but that is due to what they’re trying to focus more quality with. Their Bún Bò Huế is of better quality than most places and is the most popular option. Two of the four in our group got that dish and thought it could’ve been a bit better. The Bánh Canh Tôm Cua tasted better and the Bánh Bèo Chén was fabulous. The Cơm Sườn Tôm took about 25 mins to cook and was alright. If you do want authentic Vietnamese food (that isn’t Pho or rice), I would recommend this place.
