No, not in the park area or the docks where the boats and jet ski's roam. The beach area also has no waves so that board would be useless.

That was my first time visiting so I really don't know, I did walk the entire park and I would assume not! However I did see jet skiis ...
I dont think so.., bring it but ask the guard there, I never see anyone with boogie board there .
