I just want to thank residents and others who was considering this place for your feedback. We had slight interest but after reading about parking lot situation we don't have time for that. ani't nobody trying to worry about where to park after a long day at work or just leaving for 5 min to go to the store

The apartments are cool but the parking situation is not too good especially if you work a graveyard/night time shift. When you get off in the morning good luck finding a parking spot. Also after being here right at 8 months they have decided to go up on rent. There is a pandemic going on still and some people are not working or not making the hrs they were before. Why go up on the rent when the world is off balance like it is?

I want to give the office staff and everyone their just due. The do go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy and safe ( even though our apartment has been broken into twice out here). The neighbors are really noce and friendly. The renovation they done to alot of the apartments are nice. But I have to give this place a negative 5 stars due to the parking. The parking by my building is really bad. And the more people that moves in the worst it get. The office has been saying that we are suppose to be getting parking permits but they have to wait. We ask them later them about assigned parking and when you check on updates for it they keep saying that they are waiting on the upper people or owners to fix the pipes under the parking lot before they can do any thing. Which is out of the office hands they can only do so much they are trying. But I c. An be here all day but once I leave at night and go pick up my wife from work and when I come back I have to sometimes park 2 buildings down in order to walk to my apartment. I think it is NOT FAIR AND NOT RIGHT. There are people with more than I vehicle taking up spots and there are guest that takes up alot of spots from us. And where my building is you are SCREWED if you have to leave and when you come back you are 2 building's down from you and/or you are across the parking lot taking up someone else's spot in front of there building. as I said it is NOT RIGHT AND FAIR especially to those of us who been here for a long time. WE LOVE THIS PLACE AND STAFF BUT THE PARKING NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED REAL SOON. It is so bad I beenthinkng of not renewing my lease. BUT I dont want to do that because we love the STAFF AND NEIGHBORS. And the parking need something done ASAP.

Horrible property the renovations are meager, hallways stink and are dirty, you can hear your neighbors every move and conversations. Leasing agents and office personnel are extremely unprofessional and continuously give out inaccurate info and will not work with you as far as moving out. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. Also please bomb and/or put down mouse traps as they keep vacant units for storing and don’t maintenance or clean them which causes rodent and bug issues to surrounding apartments.

It used to be very bad a few years ago when it was called Sweet briar and Brittney. My sis lives there still and it is much better than before, especially if you choose to live on the Wingfield Dr. .side... It's practically empty over there.
