I first found out about Cordoba was thru a friend. My 1st thought just by looking and what I was use to I wasn't feeling it. But visiting Cordoba and meeting Ms.Carolyn made me feel better knowing that she went above and beyond to help me feel at home. She took the time to explain to me and show me inside one of the properties and I was in shocked. I immediately told her I wanted it. The neighbors my kids met with a friend was very nice. The kids played for hours outside it was quite and everyone got alone. So I'm looking forward to many more good days to come Thanks again Ms.Carolyn.

I am very thankful for the love, respect, hospitality, experience from the moment I walked through Cordoba's door and dealt with Sheree and Carolyn. I felt welcomed from the phone calls to the appointment in person. Everything was great. I feel comfortable and safe with dealing with the ladies in the office. They both gave me a chance to be on my own and succeed towards a bigger goal. I love my place!!! I love them both!!!

Do not go there ever. My apartment had leaks like crazy. The leak was located on the front window. during winter its cold and the insulation is really bad because of the roaches and other bugs there. They say it gets sprayed, but the only spray I've seen was once in a year. Whomever posted the pictures I thank you it shows how gross and outdated these apartments are. If anyone says you get what you paid for I'd tell them to try going here. I wouldn't even let a cheating ex stay here🤢
