I've been a resident since 2014. This is a great place to live. The staff is so polite and Heather is the best. Always make sure my issues are resolved in a timely manner.

RUN!! Don't waste your money on these complexes. I have had plumbing issues since I moved in, my bathtub gets clogged often and the toilet never flushes all the way. Also, we don't have assigned parking so I have to walk a lot at night to get to my apartment because there is never any parking. I am very disappointed. The filters and the humidity is horrible.

I did not get the unit I initially reserved due to a clerical error. The pictures sent for the 2ND unit I accepted ended up being a totally different unit and I was told that the pictures sent only represented the floor plan and not the actual unit, so I had to settle on a 3RD unit that I did not even want because I was crunched for time and needed a place. Also, I have had THREE water incidents in a few months time that caused my unit to flood. None of these originated in my unit. Management does not care and simply tells you that it is out of their control and offers an apology. The damages are only painted over and not fixed. Make sure you maintain renters insurance!! FYI - this is a "renovated" unit that they advertise as luxury. Save money. You are only paying for location.

Upon first glance at these apartments, they appear to be nice. However after really moving in, I noticed a lot. For example, doors not properly hinged, tub spouts not properly hooked up, ALL of the pipes clogged to the point nothing was draining, the product they used to go over the bathtub hadn’t properly cured which is why it was clearly flaking and bubbling. Now the WORST part was the fact that there was sewage leaking from the top floor above me. To the point when my sister came to try and clean it she couldn’t finish because upon trying to an odor started to seep through and I should mention that I am seven months high risk pregnant. So it’s dangerous for me. I stated the issue on a Friday, maintenance came, looked, fixed some other things, however not the huge uninhabitable living situation and I hadn’t heard from them again that day. My sister came over the next day, walked over and had some words and the result was that they said they would come fix it on Monday. HOWEVER. I’m still pregnant and I have to live here. They have to fix the sealing which is leaking and rusting at this point. They need to at least move me or something until repairs are made. This is absolutely unsanitary and I don’t recommend anyone especially pregnant or military move here. This is supposed to be a NEW UNIT. What a shame. At the VERY LEAST they could have gotten someone to clean it up. When I asked them who was supposed to clean and sanitize I didn’t really get a straight answer. Which is quite annoying.

Questions & Answers

Where is the open/close times? It'll be very convenient if I knew what time I could come and see a floor plan in person.
