First and foremost, i like and appreciate majority of the staff, with whom I have experienced in the past 2 years or so. I only have one issue. Once I have placed and paid for my order of food, I would appreciate if the Staff Lead will not distract the people who are preparing the orders. The joking and overly unnecessary banter, with the persons preparing the food orders, is very annoying and unprofessional. I’ve found it causes a longer wait time and unsatisfactory results in the food I had ordered. Ijs.

Would be nice if when I pay the extra $1 for the double shot, I actually get the double shot. Approximately half the time, it doesn't even taste like there's anything in it at all! Later Edit: Same goes for the meat in the hoagies. Avoid this one. There are more competent workers elsewhere.

normally my food is well made, but sometimes they choose speed over quality. ocassionally there’s too much mustard on my hoagie, and if i order a quesadilla it’s normally fine but today the bacon was raw, nowhere near cooked.
