Lived out here several years and I have to say the staff really do all they can to make sure you have a pleasant living experience. It’s almost always been quiet and it’s always been clean. If there’s ever a problem the solution is literally 1 call away. Rich, Kayla and the maintenance team are really what makes this luxury living.

Kayla, Rich & Jojo are super helpful in the office. Maintenance always has great turn around time with work orders! Overall, a great place to live! Loads of amenities and conveniently located right across from PTC!

Worst living experience I've ever had. Huge water bugs inside the apartment on numerous occasions. Flies, bees, and wasps got inside of the apartment when nothing was open. Floors were sunken in all of the rooms. Cords that were not three prongs would not stay in the electrical outlets. Thin walls and floors. I could hear the folks above me and beside me. I could also hear folks up and down the outside stairwell also. The bathtub wasn't leveled. Be leery of all of the positive reviews here. 19 days after moving in I was offered a gift card to leave a "glowing" review. These apartments are far from luxury apartments as advertised. Two months after moving in I asked to be released from the lease w/o termination fees. Management refused and countered with wanting to fix the pest control issues by sending an outside pest control company. Needless to say that didn't fix the pest control issues. It wasn't until month 8 when I asked again to be released from the lease w/o termination fees that I was allowed after giving a 60 day notice. Renters beware. Clarification following owner's comment: Management includes the leasing office management as well as the home office. I spoke with both.

I have lived here over a year and have had no issues. The office staff is always very helpful and kind. Maintenance, in particular, is outstanding! They always fix things promptly and with no issues. For example, Tony fixed the light outside of my apartment within 10 minutes of me mentioning it to him, even though it was after 4pm. Highly recommend moving here!
