Assistance manager Ms. Luke is very professional. When I moved in she took every step to make sure that my safety and privacy was secure. Because I was concerned about my safety and that was number one for me when I was apartment searching. The Chapmen Apartments is very beautiful place to live and very clean.

I have lived at The Chapman for almost 2 yrs in a studio apartment on the 4th floor. It’s a long trek from the garage but the view was worth it! Unfortunately.. I’m not a aping chicken so I was happy to see new first floor apartments come available. When I reached out to the Office manager Kristina she made the transition of my lease to one of these apartments so easy. She always has a smile and positive attitude! Additionally, The Chapman is in a great location near shopping and restaurants and Kristina and all the staff here are 5 star employees!! If I could double that to 10 stars for Kristina I would ! Thanks Kristina you are the best!!

The Chapman Staff, Kristina and Theresa, go above and beyond to accommodate the residents and fury friends community. I started my process in November of 2021. From the start until living at the Chapman, the staff is what makes this place great. It’s not the organization or name of the place. It’s the people that are doing the day to day operations that make any organization spectacular. You’ll enjoy living at the Chapman. The amenities and features are the best in this area. The price point is reasonable and you’ll fall in love with all of the places that surround the building. The building is very clean on the inside due to the care of Ms. Gloria. Not only does she clean but she greets you with a smile. You have to build relationships in any endeavor. The Chapman staff have mastered this. This is why I give it five stars. It’s the people. Find great people and you’ll find a great place to live and call home.

The area is amazing. Shopping, restaurants, parks - all great! Downsides: 1) The apartments with cracks in the walls and floors. Management says nothing to do about it, this is the cheap material of the building. 2) Trash, furniture and "storage stuff" are outside apartments. Nobody cares. 3) Damaged lights in the corridors wouldn't replaced because nobody cares. 4) Every single day at the entrance the alarm goes off. Management says it's a security's responsibility, the security wouldn't come even after they get a call because: "we already did our checks". When they do come and silence the alarm, it goes off again couple hours after it. 5) Management put signs and sent emails to require everybody wear masks, but their own staff are without masks or with mask under the chin. These are all on going problems that we have been kindly trying to resolve for a long time, we are finally at our last resort by putting out this review.
