I recently ordered wings from this location and only receiving 7 of my 8. I called to discuss the matter and the manager talked very unprofessional to me. He accused me of talking down to his employees when they brought my food out. I told him that I went in to pick it up. He then changed and said that I was rude to the young lady at the counter and the only conversation we had was me giving her my name and showing her my debit card. Then told me that if I had issues with them then I may need to find another Domino's.

this is the second time that I have placed a delivery order and after hearing nothing for 30 minutes I called the store and they told me it would be another 40 minutes because they are "super behind" and are "short on people". when I asked about pickup they informed me it would be 30 minutes. So after already waiting 30 minutes and being told they "have not even made it" yet I cancelled my order. They need to do better.

On top of the fact that i’ve been waiting past the pick up time, the employees don’t wear masks or anything over their beard… and if hair falls in the food? That’s just nasty. One is eating and walking around with their mask down, another has no mask, and another put their mask below their chin, like what is the point of wearing a mask at that point? Get it together

The guy Shawn was pleasant who took my order. When it came it took awhile, I'm assuming they are short on drivers so I didn't mind the wait. My order was correct except I ordered a Philly cheese steak with extra meat an cheese and they barely put meat on it. I called the store an Shawn ensured me he would make it an send out another free of charge. I'm including what my 1st sandwich looked like. I will update my review once I get the new sandwich.

Questions & Answers

I ordered online. I'm just outside the range of the store the app chooses. They had to cancel the order and send it to a different store. No one tried to contact me, and it's been over an hour. Double, the eta. I would have cancelled for other food.

I think you want the review section, not the questions one. Sounds like the app was probably using nearest store instead of delivery area.
