WeTestU in Mission Valley did it again for me! DOUNIA was professional and a great personality. She also gave me the information how to get reimbursed from my health provider. I hope I never have to do it again, but will go to WeTestU if I do.

So nice that someone actually answered the phone late at night to schedule a PCR test the next morning for my boy for travel to Spain. Very comforting. Already traveling, I was assured and relieved of the quality and quick turnaround. Kind, knowledgeable and professional people. Thank you !

I highly recommend this testing site. The employee at the testing site was truly wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and highly personable! The supervisor was equally as kind and helpful when she helped me with an issue-that was totally my error. It was really nice to do business with people who not only knew how to do their job but did it kindly and professionally.

My three stars are probably not fair because expectations can only be so high during recent surges and high demand for tests and limited supplies including a huge worker shortage. However, the three stars are because of this companies complete negligence to invest a little $$ and time to COMMUNICATING with their customers. The entire experience is a guessing game. I strongly believe this company can do better even with what they got. Their workers say they are doing 500 tests a day, a quick glance at their socials show they use to be much smaller and have grown insanely quickly. Small time company that's now multi-million profit company so soon and the growing pains are obvious within minutes. Previous responses from owners show they talk about gaining access to more qualified workers. I personally don't buy it 100% by my suggestions will be based off this info. 1. When you arrive there is postage outside about having to scan a QR code to fill out a Google doc form in order to continue with your testing. Many problems with this. This does not consider people with disabilities who might not easily access an online form and this also does not consider half their customers, ELDERLY. When I arrived there was seriously 5 confused elderly people all needing assistance on how to use a QR code, what is an online form. Etc. I would say just have these folks who book online to have an email sent with the link for the form, but it's seriously Google doc forms... So since they are keeping it simple, here is my suggestion. Hire someone who is available for information only, one person who has a uniform that clearly marks them as a information assistant dedicated to helping people access a QR code or be able to check in people themselves with a tablet and the docs. This makes check in faster for 50% of your customers who understand QR codes can quickly fill out the form and proceed with their appointment instead of standing around because the one intaker is busy helping packs of confused people. 2. For people with appointments who have prepaid they ask for an email showing "0 balance owed" and it is seriously so tiny and at the bottom of one of multiple emails sent after a booking had been made. I am component electronically and I was seriously very confused when he asked me to show 0 balance owed because I had no invoice or receipt in my email, just confirmation emails. He had to literally help me by going through the emails with me to help me find it, it was in a confirmation email at the very bottom not clearly marked at all. 3. Have better communication with your customers before they arrive. A clear and concise auto sent email to all confirmed appointments on how they can be prepared when they arrive. You really are walking in blind to this place and that delays everyone before you even get out of your car due to confusing parking. Taking care of your customers by communicating better and making information more easily available to the so many different customers with many different abilities going through your doors a day is also taking care of your employees.
