We brought our Cadillac here for a problem with it not recognizing when it’s in park so it won’t shut off. They had it for 2 weeks, charged us for a computer chip in the transmission and the second time I drove it, it’s doing the same thing. So why did they charge me for a repair they clearly didn’t fix the problem? Then we take it back today and the service advisor no longer works there. This is the fourth repair for the same problem in 18 months, now the second time here for the same reason. I expect more from Cadillac

We had a great experience, our saleslady Misty was wonderful. I can't believe the trade in value of our old truck. Loved that old Chevy but the new GMC wow! With deals like that no need to leave town when I can get the job done right here and feel good knowing we got the best deal we could get.

Yes but you have to be doing a repair that is over a certain dollar amount or takes a certain amount of time
Unfortunately, no collision shop can accurately replicate the process that the factories use to refinish their vehicles. Shops also use many different brands of paints. Taylor Motors uses PPG Envirobase which is a great paint line.
