This review is mixed. Tom was great to work with and very helpful. Unfortunately, the gentleman who runs the facility when Tom is not is extremely aggressive and rude. He treated both my wife and I poorly on two events. I tried sharing with him while there were no other customers to avoid embarrassment that his actions and treatment was not professional. He then got an attitude and even slammed the change in my hand from the transaction. My wife noticed this from across the room and called him on that. He then apologized, but very reluctantly and appearing insincere.

I have never seen a cleaner or more secure storage facility in my life. There is accidentally food stored in one of my units, and when I went to clean it out there were no traces of any rodents or cockroaches. There weren't even any spiders. The facility is ultra-secure, the units themselves are ultra-secure, and the staff is fantastic! 10 stars!!!!
