Call and ask them they can tell them
when people do not pay their rent they put a lien on it and then they have an auction as far as specific dates when toxins are held that would be something you would take up with the office and ask them but I do know they have options I don't know if they have them on set days or times from what I've seen when I used to rent there is that they have them at like random times throughout the month because there certain due process that needs to be followed and then once the lean goes in a full effect and they own the unit out right then they can set the date whenever they want to have an auction hopefully this helps you.
