Have been twice so far and was super happy with my nails both times! The staff is very accommodating, the salon is clean, and you're not likely to find a more inclusive pedicure for the price.

I took my sister here to get her nails done, and I couldn't believe how bad her nails and hands looked! She was so upset, more so because she's 14 and doesn't have a regular job and worked really hard to save her money to get her nails done, and it all went to waste. It was clear they weren't professional. I do not recommend coming here.

For those of you who don't want to read this whole review, here's a quick summary: I have gone to Queen Nails about ten times with only two good experiences. Their customer service is bad (I sat waiting for an hour after my appointment was supposed to start and the owner cusses which is rather unprofessional), my nails ended up crooked and didn't have the natural curve that nails have (if ya know what I mean) and after only two weeks with my last set of acrylics, I have two broken nails, several chips, and a few cracks. When I first got them done, my cuticles were bleeding a little and sore for a few days after. Overall, I really do not recommend ): Full Review with detail: I have gone to Queen Nails about ten times. I've had two good experiences and the rest, not so great. I'm the type of person to say "oh it's fine! Big whoop, they take a long time." so me writing a negative review is pretty massive. The last time I went, about two weeks ago, was h o r r i b l e. I walked in and there was no room, which I totally understood because I was a walk-in. So, I made an appointment for later that day. I arrived and ended up sitting and waiting for one HOUR. Then, actually getting my nails done took another two hours. Three hours to get my nails done? Well I'd really rather not. On top of it taking so long, the owner was taking in other people (I think they were regulars or something) while I waited for an hour. I understand if she plans to take certain clients herself and hand others off to her employees, but then shouldn't she say no to walk-ins when someone who scheduled an appointment is waiting? Okay aside from the time issue, they don't do a great job on your nails either and the customer service isn't the worst, but not the best. I often leave with my cuticles extremely sore and sometimes bleeding a little. They seem to always be in a rush and it shows. I had my thumb nail completely crooked. So. Crooked. But I didn't want to ask the person who did my nails to fix them because I had already been there for an hour and a half and kinda just wanted to be done. There is acrylic clumped up under my nails, some sides aren't even fully covered, some parts stick out oddly or show my natural nail, and after only two weeks, I had two nails break off, despite me being overly careful with them. I also have several chips and a crack. Lastly, their customer service is very far from top notch. The owner will start swearing (I personally don't mind swearing, but I feel that it is really unprofessional and rude especially when kids are sometimes there), of course the whole waiting an hour after my appointment was supposed to start isn't so great, and they also make unprofessional comments. I really wanted to like this place, but I'm just not a fan. Overall, I do not recommend Queen Nails. I hope they improve because it's in a convenient spot lol

Questions & Answers

Aye I heard just getting gels, not a manicure but just getting my nails painted, would be around $10.. Is that valid?
