I got these done maybe 9 days ago and all together four popped off..I am not rough on my hands, mind you. They were VERY poorly done and I was charged 50$ for them! My daughters 11th birthday was coming up and she wanted her nails done as well, it was her first time so we got this matching set. Tell me WHY THEY CHARGED me another 50 DOLLARS FOR AN 11 YEAR OLDS NAILS?! It wasn’t because of the length, hers are not long at all. There was no added rhinestones or designs, just plain black tips. They didn’t even tell us how much her nails would be until the end but I was shocked at the amount they just charged and with that being said, I shouldn’t be having ANY falling off yet. The tips are uneven, they’re just garbage. I’ll never go here again and I’m super disappointed with the entire experience. Don’t waste your money.

I want to thank the kind young women who did my dip manicure and pedicure yesterday. When i arrived, i explained how bad my previous experience at a different salon (see my other reviews) had been. I explained i wanted to remove the old, poorly done dip and fake tip and that i wanted to have new ones done. She listened and understood what I wanted. She took great care in my pedicure while she soaked my nails. When it came time to handle my horrible previously done nails, she did such an amazing job. My nails are beautiful, thin, no fake tips, strong and stunning. She took care to smooth edges around my cuticles and underneath. The store was not as clean as it could have been, but they were consistently busy the entire time I was there, so I understand why, but it could have been cleaner. Because the store was busy, the tech handling my nails did have to split her attention towards the end, but she handled it pretty well. Overall, I am so please with my dip manicure and pedicure. Seriously so happy with the quality of manicure and how my nails were handled. 4 stars ONLY because of the lack or organization and cleanliness of the store.

I will NEVER use this nail salon again. I’ve gone here for awhile, but I sat with my 4 year old daughter this morning and watched the gentemen that sits in the back table tell a customer who had her 3 month old baby with her she was rude and yelled at her for asking nicely for her nails to be a little longer. I tried speaking up for her and he told me to “shut up”.. he then went on to say how he can’t be fired and yelling at us. Never in my life have I been treated so rudely and the other lady even worse. You work in customer service. You do not treat people like that no matter what! The owner and other workers didn’t say one word and acted as if they didn’t hear the conversation, the people next door could have the way the employee was yelling. Never again. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
