I have been taking my dog there for a few years now. They have always been great. But in the last 6+ months service and quality has rapidly declined. It has been the worst service. One of the visits, I called after 4 hours. The lady told me they lost my dog which of course had me freaked out. They didn't. Upon dropping her off the lady kept asking me numerous times if i wanted to reschedule or come back later. We specifically go there to get her nails done, but throw in the bath just for good measure. They didn't cut her nails at all on 2 visits. 😕 I said no more, but recently I couldn't get into the new place I have been going so I thought okay. I will try them one more time. I took her last week. The lady who received her, Christine (?) was rude. She was not professional at all. I didn't feel good about leaving her at all. I did, but when I came to pick her up she cowered to the floor with her tail between her legs. Our dog did it for a few days afterwards. We would try to get close to snuggle her or play and she cowered down. I am not sure what happened to her while she was there, but we aren't taking her back. We have never hit or done anything to our dog. It was seriously the absolute last time we take her there to get groomed by them.

I love petsmart for all my pet needs. From dog food, treats toys to cat litter. This is a go to pet supply store. They also offer pet (dog) training classes. The staff are always helpful and kind when they speak to you. It's my 5 star pet store.

When we decided we were gonna start an aquarium, the associate that assisted us gave us completely incorrect information which resulted in all of the fish dying. We definitely never go there anymore. We have lizards and refuse to go to PetSmart or even PetCo for reptiles.
Some days they will have pet adoption days and the haven humane society will come. You never know what breed of dog there is,so you would just go in and see for yourself.

People need to remember their asking other consumers not employees for the different stores that they're getting information about but usually they have adoption days on Saturdays
Mostly small and medium size.
Pets without partners has a big adoption event here every Saturday morning around 10. Very friendly and helpful people!
